When Universal Music began producing their artist's music with spatial audio, they needed an instruction piece to guide artists and listeners in accessing the spatial audio versions of their tracks on any device.
It was quite a complicated set of instructions to get across in a visually interesting and simple way.
Using an interactive pdf format, I created menu pages where users could jump to the relevant section for their devices. There they would find the correct set of instructions to follow.
I created a set of icons to illustrate each device and each speaker or software system to listen on. This helped reduce the amount of words and enabled users to quickly see their information.
