Creating a brand for a Martial Art school.

The client is a Shaolin Disciple and had a very specific set of knowledge encompassing Chinese culture as well as that of his specific Martial Art. We spent some time getting to know and understand this arena before starting to develop ideas.

The colours were our starting point and developing a font for the Chinese characters. The weapons are specific to that particular martial art and the tiger represents strength and agility. Additionally the wording needed to be in lowercase to reflect the culture.
