Stephen Waud already had a logo but wanted a refresh.

As part of a Brand Review Package, I simplified the house drawing to make it more impactful and easier to see.

I provided him with a set of Brand Guidelines so he could set the colours to match on his architectural drawings and other documents.

I also provided a landscape logo as well as a portrait version to enable maximum impact in small spaces.
