GDPR
I will not store any personal data other than email addresses and phone numbers of existing clients required to maintain contact and communication for each client's project.
Any client user names and passwords required to set up websites need to be stored as part of the website service and will be stored securely and destroyed if requested. If passwords are created by 'Side of the Hill' these are always shared with the client. 
Any personal data collected during the project that is not subsequently required, will be destroyed once the project is complete.
Contact details will not be used for marketing purposes or passed on to third parties unless prior agreement is obtained. 

Payment Terms
Side of the Hill will offer a quote based on any brief given and a deposit is required before commencing work. Any significant change to the brief may incur extra costs. The balance will be invoiced on completion of the project.
